In 1992 Vicious Circle was formed by the nucleus of Rick (Vocals) and George (Guitars). Billy (Drums) was next with Darren (Bass) in tow. Rocky (Guitars) followed shortly after. The five began cutting a swath through Vancouver's club scene and western Canada.
