The former vocalist with Christian Metal band WHITECROSS. Returning from missionary work in Paraguay Scott Wenzel cut a album 'Heart Like Thunder' in 1993. The first album found the man working more towards a Melodic Rock direction than the Metal delivered by WHITECROSS previously. For the 'Heart Like Thunder' opus Wenzel assembled a band unit incorporating guitarist Billy Heller, bass player Mark Robertson, keyboard player Mark Pence and drummer Doug Day.

The 1995 album 'Film At Eleven' included re-worked versions of the WHITECROSS songs 'Home In Heaven' and 'You're Mine'.
