Since Richard got his fist guitar, a present of his father to his 11. Bithday, Music has been his big hobby. But one day hemet Jon Dunmore, guitarist of the "Dunmore Band" and a friend of his sister Laura (later her husband), and Music has become more than a hobby to him. When Richard played some of his songs to Jon, the Dunmore Band was enthusiastic about his powerful words. At the first go Richard, Jon and the rest of the band, Chris Gustavsson and Mike Ferry like each other very well. So, it was no surprise that they decided to make music together. They met each other in irregular intervals and appear again an again in several Clubs like the "Whiskey a Go Go"and "Glam Sam". In 1995 Richard Grieco and the Dunmore Band signed a record contract with the German label Edel Records and released the CD "Waiting for the Sky to Fall" which became a smash hit in Europe.
