Robert Berry and Gene Perrault got together in a garage in 1975 and started a band that would become legendary. They created a new and distict sound whose trademark was a hard driving, high energy beat with powerful and yet smooth rhythms and tightly textured vocals. The band recorded the alubm hush and went on to tour with Triumph and Journey but eventually struggled because their lable, ASI went bankrupt and let them down. Since Hush, Berry has become a household name in Melodic Rock with three solo albums, an album with Keith Emerson and Carl Palmer (EMERSON, LAKE, AND PALMER) and fronting the band ALLIANCE. The classic Hush album is released here for the first time on CD. |
